    Hi Ayman,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Enable categories in Product List so your items are grouped in the form builder. In Workspace, click your form, then click Edit Form. In Form Builder, select the Product List element, click the Gear icon, and open the Category tab. Turn on Enable Categories, then add your categories with +Add.
    2. Show category titles so the category name appears in the form. The knowledge base says you can use the Show Category Titles option when categories are enabled.
    3. Assign each product to a category. In Product List Properties, use the Select a Category dropdown and choose the correct category for each product. This is the available method in the knowledge base for organizing products.
    4. Use the Product List layout options if you want to change how products display. Under the General tab, you can set the layout to Single, Two, or Three, and you can also enable or disable Multiple Product Selection, Show Total Price, and Clickable Image Preview.
    5. Add another Inventory widget if you need more than one item with quantity tracking. The knowledge base says each Inventory widget can only track one item at a time, so you need a separate widget for each new item. It also says the widget supports a Product Image URL, Available Quantity, and Quantity Input Type options.

The knowledge base does not include a way to show the category name in the submission for the same item under two different categories, and it also does not include a way to make one Inventory widget track multiple items at once.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
