    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to the Jotform login page and click on Login.

    2. Enter your username or email and password.

    3. Click on See other methods, then choose Use your recovery codes.

    4. Enter one of your recovery codes and click on Verify.

    5. Log in after the code is accepted.

    If you do not have recovery codes, you can reset your password from the login page by clicking Forgot Password, entering your username or email, and selecting Send Reset Instructions.

    In order to get my recovery codes I need to log in and I can't find them...

    Hi Fiorella,

    Since you cannot access your recovery codes, the available option in the knowledge base is to use the account recovery guide. It says that if you have lost access to your email or can no longer access your account due to forgotten credentials, you should visit the account recovery guide and fill out the form on that page.

    You can also reset your password from the login page if that option is still available to you:

    1. Go to the Login page and select Forgot Password.
    2. Enter your username or email, then select Send Reset Instructions.
    3. Check your email for the password reset instructions.
    4. Select Reset Password in the email.
    5. Enter your new password, then select Create a New Password.

    If you are already logged into your account, the knowledge base also says you can change your password from the Workspace page by clicking your Avatar in the top-right corner, then your name, and under the Account tab selecting Reset Password.
