msdoubI received an acceptance letter which included an invoice from the RC Moon Pie Festival. I accidentally deleted it and would like to know if there’s any way I could retrieve it or have another one sent?

- Open Jotform Inbox and click on the Hamburger icon at the top-right of the bar.
- Select Trash from the menu to open the Trash folder.
- Choose the deleted submission you want to recover.
- Click the Three Dots icon next to the Download button and select Restore.
Deleted submissions are kept in Trash for up to 30 days, so you can restore them during that time. After you restore the submission, you can manage the data further from your Inbox.

If you mean you’ve deleted the email you received after submitting a form and would like a copy, you can reach out to the form owner for help. They’re usually the one who sent you the link or the owner of the website where the form is embedded, if that’s the case.
You can also check your Trash or Junk folder in case it ended up there. If you still can’t find it, just reach out to the form owner so they can send you another copy.
