Account Access: Request to Change Login Email Due to Domain Update

    Hi,

    i previously was using ckeat.wong@kck-ss.com. we have changed our domain and i have no longer access to the above email for password reset. could you pls reassign the above jotform account to ck.wong@kck-ss.com

    I’m afraid we can’t directly change the account email for you from our side, but since you no longer have access to your old email, you can request account recovery so our team can help.

    Please follow these steps:

    • Go to this guide: Recover Your Jotform Account.
    • Scroll down and fill out the form on that page with:
      • Your old Jotform account email: ckeat.wong@kck-ss.com
      • Your new email you want to use: ck.wong@kck-ss.com
      • Any extra details (e.g., forms you own, approximate signup date) to help verify ownership.
    • Submit the form and our dedicated team will review and get back to you via your new email.
