    Hi Kendra,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to your form in Form Builder and open Settings.
    2. Select Conditions on the left side.
    3. Check the condition setup carefully and make sure the IF, STATE, VALUE, DO, and FIELD parts are mapped correctly.
    4. Use the Enable/Require/Mask Field condition if you need to make a field required based on another answer.
    5. Test the conditions before sharing the form to confirm they are working as expected.

Read-only and hidden fields can also be used in conditions. If the issue continues, the knowledge base does not include a deeper troubleshooting step for this specific mapping issue.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Kendra,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me help you with that:

For Jotform Forms, the knowledge base only confirms that Page Break navigation buttons are grouped with the Submit button. If you set a condition to hide the Submit button, the Back and Next buttons will be hidden too.

For Jotform Apps, conditions can be used on a page. In App Builder, hover over any element or page, click the Gear icon, then select Condition. Under Role-Based Access, you can choose which roles have permission to access that page.

If you meant masking a page in a form, the knowledge base does not include that as a supported option.

Reach out again if you need any other help.

    Hi Kendra,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Read-only and hidden fields can also be used in conditions.

Before sharing your form with people, make sure to test conditions and see if they are working correctly.

If you are asking about the maximum number of fields in a form, the limit depends on your plan:

    • Starter Plan: 100 fields per form
    • Bronze Plan: 250 fields per form
    • Silver Plan: 500 fields per form
    • Gold Plan: 1000 fields per form

Hidden form fields can also be hidden directly from Form Builder, and multiple fields can be hidden at once.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
