sfvitaliHello,
I'm experiencing a problem with the Google Calendar integration in my chatbot. Although the connection is active and permissions are correctly configured, appointments are only being sent via email and are not automatically added to my calendar. I've already checked the form and agent settings, and I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Google account without success.
Could you help me resolve this issue?
Thank you,
Sergio

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Sergio,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
It looks like your AI Agent needs to use the Set Appointment with Google Calendar tool to create calendar events during the conversation. Here’s how to check the setup:
- Click on Train in AI Agent Builder.
- Select Tools from the menu on the left side of the page.
- Search for Set Appointment with Google Calendar and click on it.
- Write a prompt for your agent about when to use the tool, then under the prompt box, select Always Ask For.
- Click on the Calendar Edit icon to open Appointment Settings, then click Connect.
- Authenticate your Google Calendar account, or choose a previously authenticated account and click Add Action.
- Select the calendar account where the event should be scheduled, customize the meeting title if needed, and click Save.
Note: The Email Address option in Always Ask For is locked in and cannot be changed, since it is required for this tool.
If your setup already matches these steps and the appointment is still only being sent by email, I don't know this information and our support team will handle your request.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Sergio,
Thanks for confirming that the setup is correct.
For AI Agent conversations, the Google Calendar setup should be done through AI Agent Builder using Set Appointment with Google Calendar. The available steps are:
- Click on Train in AI Agent Builder.
- Select Tools from the left menu.
- Search for Set Appointment with Google Calendar and click on it.
- Click on the Google Calendar integration button to connect your account.
- Click on Edit to configure availability settings such as days and hours, slot duration, and daily booking limit if needed.
- Fill in the Agent Prompt and click Save.
The available information also says that Appointment Settings includes Availability, Limits, and Advanced tabs, where you can set things like:
- Appointment Slot Duration
- Intervals
- Lunchtime
- Start and end date
- Rolling days
- Vacation and holidays
- Maximum appointments per day
- Minimum scheduling notice
If everything is already configured and the appointment is still only being sent by email, I don't know this information and our support team will handle your request.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
