Hi there,
I sent a question a couple of weeks ago relating to an account under the email sophiea@wquarter.com which is being billed from my personal payment method however this is a job I no longer work at and this email is no longer active.
Please may you respond to me and/or confirm closure of this account or at least removal of my payment details from it.

You can remove payment card information from a Jotform account by first downgrading the account to the Starter Plan.
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the Billing tab of the account and select Change Plan.
- Scroll down and click Downgrade under the Starter Plan.
- Follow the instructions to complete the downgrade.
After that, the next step is to request removal of the saved payment card information from the account.
If you need to delete a reusable payment connection from the account, here’s how:
- Go to the Workspace page and click your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings, then select Connections from the left menu.
- Hover over the payment connection and click View.
- Click the Three Dots icon and select Delete.
If the Delete option is grayed out, the payment integration must be disconnected from all linked Forms, Apps, or Agents first.

I checked your account and it looks like you've successfully downgraded it. It is currently bound to downgrade on your billing date. Rest assured that you will no longer get charged on the credit card on file.
