Chatbot AI is not answering questions correctly despite multiple web links provided

    I am experiencing an issue where the chatbot AI is not answering any questions I ask it correctly. I have input multiple web links, but it still provides incorrect information when asked. I need to speak to someone in customer service because the chatbot AI is not doing anything I need it to do.

In order to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue you're having, we'd like to clone your AI agent along with its knowledge base. Once we replicate that environment, we can more accurately identify the issue and work on a solution.
