signed up for the email agent. there are only two email types i need opened and drafted

    1) subject line contains: New message on

    2) subject line contains: [Smith]

rule: dont reply to any other emails besides the two types with qualifying subject line words

rule: for emails with [Smith], the reply goes to the email address acquired from the incoming form details from reception. If there is no email, still make a draft and I will manually get the email on my own

rule: for emails containing "New message on", you will reply to the provided email address from the intake reception

rule: only reply to emails that are new, unread and have NEVER been replied to previously

    *********

at the moment it replies to all emails (unwanted) and at the moment it AVOIDS AND DOES NOT reply to the only two I need it to reply to.

first I thought because incoming it says from "me" and from my gmail help@olympianwatertesitng.com however I did a [Smith] test and that was also not replied to. all tick boxes for dont reply to noreply and such have been unticked.

please help, I been on this search and mission for 8 days straight and hope this can work for me

    Hi Dennis,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

For Gmail Agent, the knowledge base says you can control which emails get draft replies by using custom email exclusions, and you can also review drafts before sending them.

    What the knowledge base confirms:

    • Gmail Agent can create draft replies for emails in your connected Gmail account.
    • You can turn Notification Emails and Autoresponder Emails on or off in AI Agent Builder under Settings and then Notification.
    • You can exclude specific email addresses from draft creation in Gmail Agent Settings under the Advanced tab.
    • You can access the drafts from Publish > Gmail Agent > View Drafts.
    • Gmail Agent can be disabled from Publish > Gmail Agent > the Three Dots menu next to the connected Gmail account.

    Steps from the knowledge base:

    1. Open AI Agent Builder and click Publish.
    2. Select Gmail Agent from the left menu.
    3. Click Settings on the top-right side of the Gmail Agent section.
    4. Go to the Advanced tab and add the email addresses you want to exclude from draft creation.
    5. Review your drafts from View Drafts if you want to check what Gmail Agent created.

The knowledge base does not include instructions for setting Gmail Agent to reply only when the subject contains New message on or [Smith], or for filtering by new, unread, and never replied to status. I don't know this information and our support team will handle your request.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
