Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Password reset links are time-sensitive and also get invalidated when a new reset request is generated. In most cases, issues like this happen when multiple reset emails are requested, or when the link is opened after a delay. To fix this, we recommend requesting a new reset link and ensuring you use it immediately.
If the link continues to expire instantly, you can try resetting your password using an Incognito or Private browser window, or clear your browser's cache before trying again. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.
