South Carolina Children's Advocacy Centers use a Jotform integration with our client database. Since updating the form links last night, the Date of Birth fields are causing issues. We have confirmed that it is on Jotform side.

After entering the required DOB and moving to the next question, any click or field entry results in the page auto-scrolling back to the DOB field.

    Hi Katelen,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Click on Publish in Form Builder.
    2. Select the Embed tab on the left side of the page.
    3. Choose the Iframe embed option.
    4. Click on Copy Code.
    5. Update the scrolling attribute in the iframe to yes when you paste it into your code editor.

This guide is for making an embedded form scrollable, which matches the issue you described with the page moving back to the DOB field.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

The embedded form is already scrollable. It's when additional boxes are checked that the DOB fields seems to auto select resulting in the page scrolling back up.

    Hi Katelen,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Based on the information available, the embedded form scroll issue is addressed by using the iframe embed option and setting the scrolling attribute to yes.

If the form is already scrollable and the page still jumps back to the Date of Birth field after additional boxes are checked, I do not have any further information in the knowledge base about that specific behavior.

I don't know this information and our support team will handle your request.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Katelen,

Can you share the URL of the website where the form was embedded? Also, a screen recording would help us see exactly what’s happening. You can use Loom or upload to Google Drive/Dropbox, then send us the link.

Once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.

Our database is called Collaborate and is through Network Ninja. They are the ones that have the Jotform account and integrate it into the database for our partnering agencies to use. Here is a link to one of the statewide forms > https://networkninja.jotform.com/261060995421052

Here is the google drive video demonstrating the issue > https://drive.google.com/file/d/1y0BF38IIlrW7e0JX22yHGu-CC9NvpMpv/view?usp=sharing

We have 17 CACs across the state that each have a duplicate version of the statewide form and they are all having this issue. Law Enforcement and CPS will not be able to referral children for services until the issues is fixed. Please help!

    Hi Katelen,

I checked the form link you shared, and I can see that the form owner has an Enterprise account. Since Enterprise accounts have a dedicated support team, we have a guide that explains how to create a ticket for Enterprise Support here. I suggest asking the form owner to create a ticket there and someone from the Enterprise Support Team will get in touch with them shortly.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
