We will have an event with a max capacity of 100. Will this RSVP software close the RSVP option when the max limit is reached?

    Hi Vicki,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Yes, you can set a submission limit so the form closes after it reaches a specific number of entries.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Click on Settings in Form Builder.
    2. Open Form Status.
    3. Select Disable at Submission Limit.
    4. Enter 100 in Submission Limit.
    5. Click Save.

Once the form reaches that limit, it will be disabled and can show your warning message.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Is this option included in the FREE version?

Yes, the Disable at Submission Limit option is included. You can set it in Form Status and enter your limit there.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Click on Settings in Form Builder.
    2. Open Form Status.
    3. Select Disable at Submission Limit.
    4. Enter your limit and click Save.

Once the form reaches that limit, it will be disabled and can show your warning message.
