Form Title Not Updating After Change on Desktop

Title of a form was changed Via the desktop Website. However, in the app despite waiting A day or more The form retains the old title. This leads to confusion when the form is texted to other users. How do we remedy?

This issue can be related to adding an App Header element previously. If you added App Header and then deleted it without removing the Title input, the app can still show that title as the name.

1. Open App Builder.
2. Click on Add Header at the top of App Builder.
3. In App Header Properties, click on the App Title box and change or remove the name.
4. Toggle Show App Header off again to hide the App Header element.

If the title still appears incorrectly after that, the form name and page title may need to be checked separately, since they are different.

Are you referring to the 2026 Registration form? I checked and I can see that the Page Title hasn't been updated yet. It's easy to change the text that appears on the browser tab. We'll just edit the Page Title in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
3. Scroll down and enter the title to be displayed on pages in the Page Title section.
