Why am I receiving recurring monthly charges

Subscriptions on Jotform automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
If a payment fails on the recurring date, the subscription is not canceled immediately. It will be placed in Overdue status.
Jotform will try to charge the payment method on file 3 more times within 7 days. If the payment is successful, the subscription continues without interruption.
If the charge cannot be completed within 7 days, the account is downgraded to the Starter plan.
You can check your subscription renewal from your account's billing page:
- Click on your avatar on the upper right side of your Workspace page.
- Select Settings.
- Click the Billing tab on the left panel.
You can also go to Billing/Upgrade to check or download your invoices and review your subscription and payment history.

The Jotform account linked to your email address doesn't have any subscription. Can you tell us how much charge you're getting and what payment method is being charged? Can you share your other email address that could have been used to create an account with Jotform? Or, can you send us the details below to help us locate the account where this charge was incurred:
- The last payment amount:
- The last transaction date:
- The last four digits of your card:
- The expiration date of your card:
- The type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.):
If your PayPal account is charged, can you share your PayPal email address?
