    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    In My Workspace, click on Support on the top right. The Support page lets you view all your existing support requests and submit new ones. You can search through your past requests, check the status, and open any ticket to review its details or follow up.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Click on Support in My Workspace.
    2. Review your existing support requests on the Support page.
    3. Open the ticket you want to follow up on and check its latest update.
    4. Submit a new Support Request if you need to add more details.

    If you prefer, you can also schedule a meeting from the same page by clicking Schedule Meeting, then selecting a date and time, entering the details, and clicking Schedule Event.
