birdhousetattoocollectiveMy team can't view the approvals automatically sent to them in the iOS app. They are logged into the email that the approval flow has, and when they go into the menu and click on approvals, it flashes all of the forms briefly. Then they disappear and it says it's empty. This happened after your last major update a month or two ago.

- Tap Submissions to view the form’s Inbox, where approval workflow items are shown.
- Check that the approver is logged in to an account linked to the same email address used for the approval.

Approvers can also complete tasks directly from their email. When they click an approval button in the email, it opens the approval in Jotform Inbox and completes the task. If the workflow does not require login, they can be redirected to the Approvers Action page instead.
