password reset email not in inbox or junk mail

    Trying to complete a form and "forgotten password" process from the email address above. No reset instruction email is coming to me.

    1. Go to the Jotform Login page and select Forgot Password.
    2. Enter your username or email address, then select Send Reset Instructions.
    3. Check your email for the password reset instructions and open the message.
    4. Select Reset Password in the email, then create a new password.

    If you are already logged in, you can also reset it from your account:

    1. Open your Workspace page.
    2. Click your Avatar in the top-right corner, then click your name.
    3. Go to the Account tab and click Reset Password.

    Brain dead AI. All the above steps to reset password have failed and this was what initiated this brain dead conversation.

    Hi Neil,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. The email neilmclean@pickwickgroup.com.au is under a guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time log in only. So technically, that email was not officially registered as a Jotform account. But you can still create an account using the same email.

    If you're sure that you already created an account and already created some forms, you can share with us the link to your forms so we can check and locate the account associated.
