Storage Management: Forms deleted but storage not clearing

    Hello, I am trying to clear my storage and I already deleted multiple forms and also deleted them from my trash, but it still says I have used 85.1 MB of 100 MB used. I have asked for help in clearing my storage once before and they had to do it manually for me. Is there a way for me to clear the storage? Thank you!

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Check your uploaded files in Jotform Tables and remove any files attached to submissions if they are still stored there.
    2. Delete the submissions and then purge the trashed entries, since trashed data can still take up space until it is permanently deleted.
    3. Clear your form caches, because the system may not recalculate your account usage right away after deletions.

    Important: If your account upload limit is still showing as over the limit after deleting uploaded files and purging submissions, clearing the form caches is the next step mentioned in the knowledge base.

    I have done all this, but the uploaded space has stayed the same.

    Hello Camila,

    Yes, I see that it is 85.10 MB, but I have deleted all of my forms, so it should be at 0 MB. Is there a way to clear the 85.10 MB on your end? I have already tried to delete everything from my end. Thank you!

    Hi Julia,

    There was a delay in refreshing your Jotform account. After clearing the cache of your form again, the Upload storage went down to 0.00 B / 100.00 MB. I suggest clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you use most of the time before logging into your Jotform account to check.
