Approval Workflow: Approver Not Seeing Assigned Forms for Approval

    Hi,

    I just wanted to check how to resolve this. We have one approver in our forms with email at brooke@dmddentalgroup.ca.. However, when she opens her account, it doesnt have any of the forms that she needs to approve or have approve.. Is there a way to link her on the forms?

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Open the form in Workflow Builder.
    2. Select the Approval element, then click its gear icon.
    3. Check the Approvers setting under the General tab and make sure the approver email is set to the correct address.
    4. Review Require Login for Approver. If it is enabled, the approver needs to log in to the account linked to that email to see the assigned requests.
    5. Confirm that the approval request was sent to that email address, because approvers can only see submissions that are assigned to them.

    In Jotform Workflows, logged-in approvers can check their previously completed approvals and complete pending tasks in Jotform. If login is not required, approvers can choose their response right after following the link in their email.

    If you are using Assign Form, you can also check the assignee list in Publish and update the assignee’s permission from Assigned To. Assigned forms can be accessed from Workspace under Assigned To Me.

    The workflow is ok. The problem is her account as she doesn't have any information on her jotform.

    Hi DMDDentalGroup, 

    Once submissions come in, you can approve or deny them through Jotform Inbox. Can you ask the approver to check on her Inbox page? Here’s the quick way to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo.
    2. Then, in the Dropdown menu, select Jotform Inbox.
    3. Now, in Jotform Inbox, scroll down and click on the Approve or Deny button.
