Podo: Support SpecialistHi Manuel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
You can make files accessible without requiring a member login by disabling Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to your Workspace page and click on your Profile Picture or Avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the menu that opens.
- Open the Security tab on the left side, then click Send Verification Code.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email address and complete the verification step.
- Uncheck Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files under the Privacy section.
Note: If this option cannot be disabled, accounts with HIPAA requirements or completed KYC User Verification must keep this setting enabled.
You can also review the guide on How to Disable Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files for the same steps.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Jerlan JotForm SupportHi Manuel,
If users can't fill out the form without creating or logging in to a Jotform account, you need to change the form access settings to public. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Click on Private Form next to Share With Link, and then select Public Form in the window that opens.
That's it. Now, anyone filling out your form won't be asked to create a Jotform account. If that’s not quite what you’re looking for, can you share a bit more info so I can help you better?Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
