    Let me help you with that:

    1. Go to your Workspace.
    2. Click on Trash on the lower left side.
    3. Select the deleted form you want to restore.
    4. Click on Restore.

    Note: Forms in Trash stay there for 30 days before being permanently deleted. If a form was deleted or purged from Trash, it cannot be restored.
