Hello
i tried to respond to my last request but was unable to.
Hello,
Bummer that i cant speak with someone.
So i have clients who start filling out our intake form and when they exit out of our form they have to start over. It seems the "save and continue later" function was disabled, so i enabled it in 2 places one under the settings, form settings and 2 under quick share, share with link, settings, submit and edit later. I did a test run, i started the form and save for later, but when i sent the (what i thought was a new link) to a coworker (for testing purposes) she was able to access that same unfinished form. so i thought perhaps when i enabled the functions the link had updated to a new link. My goal goal is to enable the save and continue function for my clients but not give access to that same link to different people so when i send the link to new clients it gives them a new form.

Shirized JotForm SupportHi Wendy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell me if you were logged in to your account when you clicked the Save button? Note that when you fill out the form while logged in to your account, the draft link isn't accessible. The person who has the draft link is required to log in to the account to manage the draft.
The only way the draft link is accessible is if the user has saved the incomplete submission, is not logged in to their Jotform account, or does not have a Jotform account. To make sure the link is not accessible, I would suggest setting the form to Private. This way, only the invited users who have a Jotform account can fill out the form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on Settings, then select Private Form in the window that opens.
- Now, return to the Quick Share settings and enter the email addresses of the people you want to send the form to.
- Click on Submit & View to select the permission type, and then click on Send Invitation. That’s it.
After you invite people to fill out your form, they’ll receive an email with a View Form button:
When they click the button, they’ll be asked to log in to their Jotform account, or they’ll need to create one to fill out your form:
Once they sign in with the email address they were invited with, they’ll be able to fill out the form.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
