I created a fillable form with questions, check boxes, and comment boxes and when I download the pdf, the "Comments" boxes cover the text/questions and cannot be read. This didn't happen in the past.
I need to download the form and save it as a pdf.
Thank you.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Elaine,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Let me help you with that:
- Click on Publish in Form Builder.
- Select the PDF tab on the left side.
- Click on Download to open PDF Editor.
- Click on Download again in the upper-right corner of PDF Editor to save the fillable PDF.
The knowledge base also notes that widgets and some basic elements are not supported in fillable PDF forms. If your form includes unsupported elements, consider using alternative fields that are compatible with the PDF format.
You can also check the guide on How to Create and Download a Fillable PDF Form for more details.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your response, however, it does not fix the problem.
