    Hi Peggy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just want to be sure I understand, can you explain a bit more about the verification code you are expecting? Are you trying to access the account linked to smithpj10@icloud.com?

    I noticed that this account is a Form User account only. A Form User account is created when you're invited to use any Jotform product such as filling out forms or collaborating on Tables or when you use the Save and Continue Later feature and sign up during that process. This type of account does not include all the features available to standard users.

    We can convert your account as a Starter (Free) plan account so you can access and manage it. Just let me know if you would like to proceed with the conversion. However, if you are referring to another account, you can share with us the username, email, or form link created under the account so we can check on it.
