    I am unable to access any security settings as I do not have a tab for it.

    Here’s how to access the Security tab:

    1. Click on your Avatar in the top-right corner of your Workspace page.
    2. Select Settings from the menu to open your Settings page.
    3. Go to the Security tab on the left side.
    4. Click Send Verification Code in the verification prompt.
    5. Enter the code sent to the email address linked to your account, then continue with the security change you need.

    If you are trying to uncheck Require Log-in to View Uploaded Files, that option may be unavailable if your account is subject to required security settings such as HIPAA requirements or completion of the KYC User Verification process. These settings cannot be disabled.
