    Let me help you with that:

    1. Open your form in Workspace.
    2. Click on Edit Form.
    3. Select the green Circular Arrow icon under the form title to open Revision History.
    4. Choose a previous revision from the panel on the right and click Revert.

    Important: Reverting your form will remove any fields added afterward and will also delete the submission data associated with those fields. If you do not want to lose this data, download your submissions before reverting the form.

    If you deleted an individual submission, you can restore it from Trashed Entries in your submission table.
