    If you want to change your AI Agent’s default language, here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to Workspace, click on Filter at the top, and uncheck all assets except AI Agents.
    2. Open Agent Builder by hovering over your AI Agent and selecting Edit Agent.
    3. Click on Train, then select AI Persona from the menu on the left.
    4. Find the Default Language section and select the language you want for your AI Agent.

    Jotform’s AI phone answering system and Voice AI Agent support multiple languages, and they can also switch between languages during the same conversation.

    You can adjust the language settings as Podo described. If there’s a different issue, can you walk me through what’s happening so I can get a better idea of the situation?

    If the issue is something else and once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.
