My REAL email address is maryberryfiberart@gmail.com but your form will not let me contact you because your firm gives me an error because it thinks my email address is not a business email. That’s pretty ironic for a company that designs FORMS! Please help!

    Hi Mary,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Select the Email element, then click the Gear icon to open Email Properties.
    3. Click Options, then turn on Confirmation Field if you want users to enter their email address twice for verification.

You can also use the Email Validator widget to verify email addresses. It sends a verification code that must be entered back into the form before submission.

In Form Builder, click Add Element, open the Widgets tab, search for Email Validator, and add it to your form. After that, you can customize the email subject, email content, message on the form, and validation success message in Widget Settings.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Mary,

I checked the email address you mentioned, maryberryfiberart@gmail.com, and confirmed that it is listed as a Form User. This means it is an invited collaborator on a Form Builder, Inbox, or Tables page, not a standalone Jotform account. Form users do not have full account access and are limited to the specific resources they were invited to. Can you confirm if you want to convert it to a user so you can loging to your account?

When we hear back from you, we’ll be ready to move forward.

    Hi Mary,

Are you referring to the Jotform Enterprise Contact Form? If so, since the Enterprise Sales contact form requires a non-free email, can you provide the same information you’d use to fill out the form here? We'll then forward that to the sales team.

To make it easier for our Sales Team to get in touch with you, can you provide the details below:

    • Your name:
    • Email address:
    • Phone number:
    • Company’s name:
    • Country:
    • If in the United States, which State:

Thanks for your patience and understanding. We appreciate it.
