Let me help you with that:
- Open your Jotform Submission Table.
- Click on the uploaded file in the submission preview.
- Select the Trash Can icon, then confirm by clicking Delete File(s).
If you want to free up more space, you can also delete and purge submissions:
- Open your Jotform Submission Table and select the submissions with uploaded files.
- Click Delete in the upper-right corner, then choose Move to Trash.
- Open Trashed Entries from the three dots menu.
- Select the entries and click Delete Forever, then confirm with Delete.
If the upload limit still shows as over the limit after deleting files or purging submissions, you can clear your form caches because the system may not recalculate usage right away.
