Managing Submitted Forms: Where to Find and Access All Submissions

I am taking over from a prior person and need help understanding where I can find everything. such as submitted forms.

Here’s how to find the items you need in Jotform:

1. Go to your Workspace page.
2. Click on Shared with me or Assigned to me on the left side of the page if the form was shared or assigned to you.
3. Open the Forms button next to Create to view your available forms or workflows.

If you are looking for a form that belongs to someone else, there is no available feature that lets you find forms owned by another person unless the form is assigned to you. If you cannot find it in those sections, the form owner would need to make it available to you.

If you need to move forms and their submission data to another account, Jotform has a Transfer Forms option on the Data page. The transfer process starts from Data, where you can select the forms and send the transfer request.

You can View Your Form Submissions from your Jotform Submissions Table in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your Workspace page, check the box next to the form you want to view submissions for.
2. Then, in the menu on the upper-left side of the page, click on Submissions to see all the submissions for that form in your Tables.
