I’m looking to set up a digital solution for client consultation forms across our beauty salons.
We currently use around 8–10 different consultation forms (such as skin treatments and facials), and we’d like to convert these into a digital format that clients can easily complete on their phones.
Our requirements are:
• Clients can scan a barcode/QR code in-store to access the consultation form
• Forms are mobile-friendly and easy to complete
• Each client’s submission is saved and accessible for future visits
• We can manage, update, and edit forms from our side
We would like to use the same consultation forms for other store as well, so multi-location access is essential.
Additionally, could you please confirm:
• How many staff users can access the system?
• Is there an option to customise forms for different treatments?
We would also like to know up to how many MB will each form be using.
