I want to create a tab at the top of the form for each year and move each submission to the said year, how can I do that. I DO not want to archive them all in one place.

    Hi Dawna,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily create a new tab and filter data to view specific details in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to create a new tab first:

    1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on New Tab at the top of the page next to your tabs.

    2. In the menu that opens, select Table and click on Next.

    3. Now, select Connect to form, and click on Next again.

    5. Then, click on the Checkbox next to Select All at the top of the page, and click on the Create button, and you’re done.

    1. While on your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Filter button next to the search bar.

    2. In the menu that opens, click on All Submissions

    3. In the dropdown menu, you can filter submissions by All Submissions, Unread, Read, Starred, or Unstarred within a specific timeframe.

    4. Once you’re done, click on Apply Filter.
