Form Upload: Editable Notes from Intake and Medical Records

Here’s how to do it:

1. Import your intake and medical records into Jotform Tables by creating a new table or adding a new tab and selecting Import Data.
2. Upload your Excel or CSV file, then set the first row as column headers and adjust the column types if needed.
3. Edit the imported data directly in the table by clicking a cell and typing the updated value.
4. Use Edit Entry in Jotform Tables if you want to open a submission, update it, and resubmit it.
5. Add an Edit Submission action button in an autoresponder email if you want users to edit their own submissions later.

Note: For imported data, the Reply and Edit Entry options are disabled, but you can still update the data with inline editing.
