    Do you have a customer service and/or legal department? We have an established contract on file that I can share with you. We need to speak with a person directly regarding the terms of the contract.

    We do not have access to our account or the persons who established the account to follow the termination guidelines. We have a signer on your end by the name of Steve Hartet dated 10/2021.

    We either need to speak with Steve or someone in your legal department, thank you.

    Hi Maria,

    Since the BAA is connected to the HIPAA setup, can you confirm whether you'd like to disable HIPAA compliance on the account or Sign a new BAA for the HIPAA account? I also checked your email address and didn't find any accounts tied to it. If you share the link to one of your forms, I can check it out and help you with a solution.

    Once we hear back from you, we can get moving on a solution.
