Reymae JotForm SupportHi Kara,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and checked your form and noticed that you haven't enabled the Attach PDF option in the email settings. You should enable it so the PDF submission will be attached to the email. Attaching your submissions as PDF files to your Notification Emails is easy. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
When I tested it, I was able to receive the email with the attached PDF. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Additionally, take note that the PDF won't be attached to the test emails, because they’re meant only to preview the email template. If you want to confirm if the PDF is really attached to the email, you need to do a test submission.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Thank you. I will try that. What I am looking to do is send out an email to approx 65 registrants to our event which would include the microsoft teams meetings links and information. I created the initial email I believe and have it all set up. I made it so if they said "yes" and "entered their email" they would then be provided with the links and info. I also wanted to attach a pdf with my letter and the information again. I cant see what it would look like no matter how I send it to myself. Is there a way you can check and make sure that is what it will do when I send to my uploaded contact list of 65 registrants? This is my first time using Jot Form so I dont want to screw it up in front of our customers. Please help. Thanks, Kara

Bojan Support Team LeadHi Kara,
I have checked your form and conditions, and the emails are properly configured. Your users will receive the email only if they select Yes, I have registered and am eager to learn. However, the email doesn't contain any PDF Documents. To my understanding, you have a PDF file that you would like to attach and send to your users. Here's how to do this:
- While in Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange bar.
- From left menu, choose Emails.
- Hover over the Autoresponder email, and click on Edit button from right.
Once here, here's how to include the PDF:
- Open the Advanced tab.
- Under the Attach File option, click on Upload File to select your PDF Document.
After this, your users will receive the PDF Document as well.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
