Form Management: Unable to Locate and Update Form with Current Contact Information

I want to update this form to be more current with contact information. The issue is that I cannot find the form via Jot Forms or in Box.

This is the form we wish to update: Box

I cannot find it anywhere within our Marketing and Media user account.

I know this form wasn't created in Box, since we do not have the Enterprise Box account.

2. Uncheck all asset types except Forms so only forms are shown on the page.
3. Check the Archive and Trash folders in the left-side menu if you still cannot find it.

Let me add a few more details to what our AI Assistant shared. Since the link is under app.box.com, it points to a page hosted by Box, not Jotform. If it were a Jotform form, you would normally see a Jotform domain such as form.jotform.com.

Since you already have the URL, we recommend cloning this form so you can create a Jotform version that you can work on moving forward. Cloning an Existing Form From a URL is easy. Let me walk you through it:
