Hello. I was trying my hands on getting used to Jotform AI Agent, but when I integrated Jotform AI with my WhatsApp account via Facebook, WhatsApp banned my account for going against WhatsApp Policy, when I uninstalled Jotform AI, my WhatsApp account was reinstated. Please can you comment on that? Thanks as I await your response

Based on the information available, AI Agents can be connected to WhatsApp through Login with Facebook in Agent Builder under Publish and WhatsApp.
The available information also says you can remove a connected WhatsApp account from the same area by clicking the Three Dots icon next to your connected business number and selecting Remove.
I do not have any information in the knowledge base about WhatsApp banning accounts after a Jotform AI Agent integration, or about why an account would be reinstated after uninstalling it. I don't know this information and our support team will handle your request.
