    Good Morning:

I am the operations manager for Ayako School of Ballet.

I am trying to get into our Jot forms. For some reason all of a sudden, it is telling me I need an authenticity code. However the email we use to long in s Ayako's, and she is out of the country at this time.

Can you help me get in as I need to assess our sign up registrations..\

Thanks you in advance for your help

    Hi Frankie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Check whether the code is appearing because the account is being logged in from multiple devices or locations. Our standard plans are individual, single-user plans, so only one login session can exist at a time.
    2. Log out of Jotform on any other device or site that may still be signed in, then try logging in again from the device you want to use.
    3. Use the account recovery flow if this is a 2FA access issue and you still have the username or email and password. On the login page, click See Other Methods, choose I can't access my authentication device, then click Recover Your Account.
    4. Open the verification email sent to the account email address and click Create Ticket to start the recovery process.

If the code is appearing because of multiple login sessions, it cannot be removed. If it is a 2FA access issue and you no longer have access to the authentication device or recovery codes, the recovery flow above is the available path in the knowledge base.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
