Form Field Settings: Visible field still editable instead of read-only

the only issue i am having now, is one field that is visible should be a read only, but it is still allowing edit access. Could you please assist with this matter as well?

The Student's Name field is set as Read Only and I'm not able to insert anything on it. Is it working differently on your side? Can you capture a video of what’s going on and share it? Loom works great, or you can upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox.

Yes, it still shows as an editable field, and will not let it move forward unless complete.

Based on the screenshots, I'm a bit confused about when those fields should be hidden or read - only. On the 1st screenshot, the student name element is filled, and on the 2nd screenshot, the element isn't filled. Can you give me a few more details so I can understand what you need?

Once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.
