I have tried using your bot, but its not helping.

I created a form, intending to have the final question determine two different directions. One answer is meant to redirect sometime to a URL, and if they answer a different answer, its meant to send them to a different URL.

I have tried workflow, conditions, and nothing seems to be working right. And if I use the option at the end of the form that allows the person to get redirected automatically, none of the conditions work and the person still gets sent to the same URL in the thank you page.

If i have them redirect to a new Form, then they old form says thank you and closes and they have to open a new form that will then redirect them to a new URL.

It should not be this complicated.

How can I achieve this simple task of having different answers send people to different links?

I am not sure verbal explanation will work, it is very frustrating.

    Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for using Jotform. If you want to conditionally redirect a form responder based on their answer, you can set up Change Thank You Page conditions instead of using Workflow. But I checked all your forms, and none of the recent ones contain any condition. Can you confirm the URL of the form you're working on? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

It'll also help if you can share more details about the condition you're looking to create, specify the fields in question and the answers, and share the link to which you need the form responders to be redirected.

When we hear back from you, we’ll be ready to move forward.
