robot verification

hi we are getting the robot verification on our forms and we don't want it, its too hard for our customers to figure out. can you whitelist our account so that the requests for robot verification go down?

Here’s how to do it:

1. Check whether the verification is appearing because the form is receiving too many submissions or submissions from the same user or IP address in a short period of time.
2. Reduce the submission rate to fewer than 60 submissions per minute to help prevent reCAPTCHA from triggering again.
3. Add a CAPTCHA element to your form in Form Builder by clicking Add Element on the left, then under the Basic tab, scroll down and drag and drop Captcha to the form.
4. Use Unique Submission in Form Builder by clicking Settings, then Show More Options, and scrolling to Unique Submission to select Check Cookies Only or Check Cookies and IP Addresses.
5. Set Unique Field under the same section if you want to prevent previously entered values for a specific field such as email.
