Why are my forms locked out?

    I am experiencing that my forms are locked out.

    Hello Molly,

    I checked your Jotform account and found out that you have downgraded your Gold subscription to a Silver subscription. Please note that the HIPAA compliance features are only available on the Jotform Gold subscription plan.

    Locked forms like that usually come down to plan limits or features that don’t match your current subscription, and it’s easy to miss until everything suddenly stops working. The HIPAA restriction mentioned makes sense, but it’s still frustrating when access just gets cut off instead of clearly flagged earlier. I’ve had similar headaches with tools like Phonexa, where one setting change can quietly break the whole flow.
