    Our administration changed and AI keeps sending the request to the old email I think. I need to have new administration set up and a new password. Thank you

    Hi Diane,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

    Let me help you with that:

    1. Go to your Workspace page and click your Avatar in the top-right corner, then click your name to open your Account Page.
    2. Click Edit next to your current email address, then enter the new email address and click Save.
    3. Check whether Require Verification to Change Email is enabled in your account’s Privacy Settings. If it is, you will need to enter the authentication code sent to your current account email address, then verify the new email address from the email you receive.
    4. Reset your password from the Login page by selecting Forgot Password, entering your username or email, and following the reset instructions sent to your email.
    5. Or, if you are already logged in, go to your Workspace page, click your Avatar, click your name, then under the Account tab select Reset Password.

    Also, AI Agents cannot be transferred between Jotform accounts at this time. Only forms can be moved from one account to another.
