Client's Payment to Square

    Good Morning,

    My name is Stacia Davis and a client paid for an item through my website via jot form, form.

    The issue that I am experiencing is that the payment has not showed up in Square. I need this issue rectified ASAP so that I can process the client's order.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Check whether the payment was sent to your form as an Incomplete Payment. If a payment was received but is not showing in your submission table, it may be there.
    2. Open Workspace, click Filter, and uncheck everything except Forms.
    3. Select your form, click Submissions, then open the three dots in the submissions tab and choose Incomplete Payments.
    4. View the payment details and click Complete if the payment is listed there.

    If the issue is related to Square connection or payment setup, these are the common Square payment issues listed in our knowledge base:

    • Fetching location or missing credit card field: create a new Square location and reconnect the integration.
    • Square integration will not connect: allow pop-ups and redirects in your browser settings.
    • TokenizationError: disconnect and reconnect Square, then make sure the payment mode matches your Square setup.
    • This account has not been enabled to take payments: complete Square identity verification in your Square dashboard.
