Account Email Change: Unable to Verify Due to Incorrect Email Access

    what do I do? the email its suppose to be I already have an account for but I need the form and data from this account

    It sounds like you’re trying to access an existing Jotform account (with a certain email) so you can get its forms and submission data, but you can’t get into that account right now.

    Here’s what you can do:

    • If you still have access to that email address:

      • Go to the Jotform login page and use Forgot Password with that email to reset your password.
      • Once logged in, you’ll see all your forms and their submissions in your account.

    no wrong I can get into both accounts I created an account with an email account that doesn't exist but its asking for verification code I select the option where it says email address is incorrect add new one but when I put the new one my account I put the correct email in and wait for the code but nothing comes through so I can't verify the email

After that, you will receive an email at your new address to verify it. Clicking Verify Now in that email will confirm the change.
