Jotform Document: Submit Button Not Visible and Submissions Not Received

    We are having trouble with our jotform "Stanton Healthcare Application for Employment." Candidates are telling us that they complete the whole document, but there is no submit button. One candidate told me that she did a Google search about what to do. That search told her to hit the Tab button twice and then the submit button would appear. It did, but I never received it, even though she received a "thank you" for applying.

    So I have job applicants who can't apply for jobs. This is SO unprofessional. I need help with this.

    Hi Laurie,

    This is a known trending issue affecting some users on Jotform.

    Our team is aware of the issue and is currently investigating it. In the meantime, the current workaround mentioned in the known issue details is to use the form link shared in the related report for affected users. If you are seeing the submit button appear only after pressing Tab, that is consistent with the issue being reported.

    If you want, please share a screenshot of what candidates see at the end of the form, along with the device and browser they are using, so we can help narrow down whether this is the same issue on your form.

    Does "currently investigating it" mean that you will let us know when it is fixed?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Stanton Healthcare Application for Employment form and found that it currently doesn’t have a Submit button. I’ve included a screenshot below from the Form Builder highlighting where the Submit button is missing:

Image-1It’s quick and easy to add one. Here’s how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button in the top-left corner
    2. In the panel that appears on left, search for Submit
    3. Drag and drop the Submit element onto your form. That’s it.
