Form Editor: Unable to save changes and experiencing crashes when editing product categories

    Every single time I've been trying to change a single thing for at least an hour now, it gives me an error that the changes couldn't be saved and to refresh the page. When I do that, it makes a BUNCH of changes that I never did, or approved, and wont let me go back to previous revisions. It also glitches out and crashes the website every single time I try changing the category of my products.

    Hi starbeamprojects,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form's Revision History and saw the updates made. Is this particular issue happening when you made updates within after an hour? What if the changes were made in less than an hour? Does the same issue happen? Also, is there a particular change you're doing before the error message shows?

    I've cloned your form and made multiple updates. But I didn't run into any issue. Here's a screencast you can check out:

    So, right now, it keeps getting rid of payments, and items randomly. and when trying to put those items back, create new items, or change the item categories, it gives the error that it couldnt save, and to hit refresh. it also keeps deleting the descriptions of items, even when i set the description of them many months ago.

    Hi starbeamprojects,

    I cloned and tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
