Form Calculation: Missing calculation in specific column '14 - Kidney/Bladder'

Hi there, I have a form template that was given to me. Everything works great except there is one column that does not calculate. "14 - Kidney/Bladder" All of the other columns calculate just fine. When I reached out to the company they said their form is working fine on their end. Could you please help me fix it so that part of the form calculates the totals (each option they choose should give the same numerical value as in the other columns).

I've cloned your form and checked the 14-Kidney/Bladder Form Calculation widget. I noticed there were no fields to calculate in the widget. This is why there are no results showing in the submission table. I'll show you how you can check this:

1. In Form Builder, select the Form Calculation widget.
2. Then, click the Wand icon on the right side.
3. You'll see on the Form Calculation Widget on the right side that only a zero value is shown and no calculations are made.

You'll need to add fields for the Form Calculation to work and get totals.
