Product list: Coupon code not applying for shipping

On my shop now form I have created a coupon code that is suppose to give free shipping after $50 or more is ordered. I have followed the instructions but it will not apply also on some of the products I have a 1 already checked in the box and I can't get it to go away. Please help me resolve this issue

Ok I will but I have done all the steps for the discount but it will not apply
