Here’s how to transfer forms to another account:

1. Go to your Data page.
2. Click on Transfer Forms at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter the verification code sent to your account’s registered email address.
4. Search for and select the forms you want to transfer.
5. Click on Transfer Forms again to send the request.

After that, the new owner will need to accept the transfer request. You can also view all Pending Transfers in the same section.

Note: A single transfer request can include up to 15 forms, and you can create up to 20 transfer requests within 60 minutes. When you transfer a form, its settings and styles are transferred too.

If you want to accept a transfer request, go to the same Data page, open Pending Transfers, enter the verification code, review the forms, and click Accept.

You can transfer account access by changing the account email. Just make sure the new email is not already registered or connected to another Jotform account. Changing your account email address only takes a minute. Let me show you how: 

1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. In the Dropdown menu that comes up, click on your name. 

3. On the right side of the page, under the Email section, click on Edit.

4. Next, enter the new email address you want to use and click on Save. 

5. In the Confirmation window that opens, enter the Authentication Code sent to your new email and click on Verify.
